Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the conditions for using NijiCAD (“Service”) and the software provided in connection with it. By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

About the Software

NijiCAD is software designed for creating and editing 2D CAD drawings and illustrations.

The operator may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue the features, specifications, pricing, or availability of the Service without prior notice.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms and the applicable license conditions, the operator grants users a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service and related software.

Data Handling

Users are responsible for managing data created using the Software. It is recommended that users maintain appropriate backups of important data.

Data created and saved using NijiCAD Desktop Editions is managed on the user’s own computer.

In NijiCAD Web App, drawing data is processed locally within the user’s browser whenever possible.

Ownership of User Content

The copyright and other rights to drawings, illustrations, and other content created by users using the Software belong to the users or their respective rightful owners.

The operator does not claim any copyright or other rights to content created by users.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Content created using the Software may be freely used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided that such use does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Software:

  • Activities that violate applicable laws or public order and morals
  • Unauthorized use of the Software
  • Reverse engineering, modification, or redistribution of the Software (except where permitted by law)
  • Activities that infringe upon the rights of others or the operator
  • Activities that interfere with the operation or provision of the Software
  • Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Software, including the logo, design, programs, documentation, and other materials, belong to the operator or their respective rightful owners.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

The operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of defects in the Software.

The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software.

Changes to These Terms

The operator may modify these Terms when necessary.

Any changes will become effective when published on this website.
